Simplified Explanation of Michigan Penal Code Section 750.157t
This part of the Michigan Penal Code talks about providing goods, services, or anything of value to individuals who are knowingly involved in illegal activities. Here's a simplified explanation:
If you sell or deliver goods, property, or anything of value, or provide any service to another person, and you know that this person has committed or is in the process of committing any illegal act under this chapter of the law, then you are committing a felony. This essentially means that knowingly supporting or enabling someone in illegal activities under this chapter is a serious crime in itself.
